Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Triple S collects through triples.agency, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Triple S is a performance marketing agency founded in 2022, operating as a sole proprietorship.
The short version: we collect the website address and email address you type into our contact form, so we can reply to you. We don't sell it, we don't advertise to you with it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing abzal.business.01@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. The website address and email address you enter, plus anything you write to us afterwards. Nothing else is requested or required.
- Emails you send us. Their contents, and your email address.
- Booking details. If you book a call, the name, email address and any answers you give in the booking form.
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data, including IP address and browser type, as part of serving the page. We do not use these logs for marketing.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or audit, and to run any engagement you go on to agree with us. That is the entire purpose. Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is your consent when you choose to contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of third-party services to run the site. Each one receives only what it needs:
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Calendly — handles call bookings and holds the details you enter there.
- GitHub Pages — hosts and serves this website.
- Google Workspace — hosts our email.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and runs no analytics scripts. If that changes we will update this policy and add a consent notice before any such script runs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal obligations, and then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, those rights are statutory and we will answer within 30 days. Email abzal.business.01@gmail.com and say what you want done — you don't need to give a reason.
Client advertising accounts
When we run advertising for a client, we act as a processor on that client's behalf and under their instructions. Data in a client's ad account belongs to the client and is governed by that client's own privacy policy, not this one.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data lives in our email and in the third-party services listed above, all of which are protected by account credentials and two-factor authentication. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting data we already hold will be communicated by email where we have one for you.
